NO WATER SUPPLY PROBLEMS FOR POLARIS WORLD

An article in The Times, Thursday, October 6, 2005 implies that there will be a future problem with water supplies in the Murcia region due to over development in the area. Polaris World can categorically state that this will not be the case for any properties that they are building.

Polaris is creating a £30m water desalination plant, which will supply vastly more water than the Polaris World developments will need. The plant will be on stream by early 2007 and the excess water produced will be made available for other uses throughout the Murcia region
